Hey! Vanessa, Yvonne, & Ericha, here – owners of The Amplify Group!

We’re a (literal) family of boss women – and you just found your real estate BFFs.

Now, you might be surprised to learn that Amplify didn’t start off as a real estate group.

That’s right. Before we casually secured a spot in the top 1% of agents at our brokerage, Amplify began as an event for women in business.

The concept was to amplify your business, amplify your life, and amplify the impact you make in the world.

AKA – amplify the good in everything you do.

So when we launched The Amplify Group, we already had our mission on lock.

We give a damn about understanding your unique story because we know that one size doesn't fit all and your journey through the real estate process will look unique to you.

We also want you to feel like you’re part of our family because once you work with us, you’re an Amplifier forever.

So from day one to now, our heartbeat has stayed exactly the same. Amplify GOOD. Amplify YOU.

A massive part of our job is making sure we’ve made buying or selling your home really easy because you’re busy kicking ass in your career, juggling family, friends, and margs when you can – and nobody’s got time for shenanigans at this level.

And though we do a lot of luxury real estate, we don't just do luxury real estate – we dish out high-end lux services and strategies at every price point.

Once you’re riding with us, you get the red carpet rolled out at every level because it's more important to us to work with the right kind of person than a specific type of property.

We l-o-v-e working with women, families, and the LGBTQ+ community.

And because of that, we believe in streamlining, over-delivering, leading like we give a damn (because damn, we do!), feminism, FUN, diversity, being of deep service, empathy, high-happiness collabs, and doing good with you and because of you.

Literally though.

Every time we buy or sell a house together, we give back to organizations in the community.

Girls Rock St. Pete, First Ladies Farm and Sanctuary, EmpowHERment, and Shining Hope for Communities are some of our faves, but there are many more. And yes, most of them are about helping women, girls, and cats. Obviously?
